Cider has been produced at Richs Cider Farm at Watchfield for over 50 years. There have been many changes since Gordon Rich started pressing cider apples at Mill Farm although essentially the production of the juice is still traditional. In the Autumn the air is filled with the wonderfully heady aroma of crushed apples as the oak vats are filled with amber nectar.

Richs has always been a family business, Jan took over the cider farm when sadly Gordon passed away in May 1998.
